The significance of the Root-seeking Literature to the New Period Literature as a whole is great and far-reaching.It is a collective appearance of youth writers as well as a connection to the race narration. Though there is a distance between its original purpose and its cultural content and aesthetics,from modernist perspective,it has its own spiritual contents and value in literary history.
