海外施工项目部人性化管理的思考与对策

摘    要:坚持以人为本,实施人性化管理,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,是党的十六届三中全会提出的“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续发展的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”的具体体现。海外施工项目部在构建和谐企业的过程中,必须把“以人为本”这个根本要求贯穿并融入到企业的生产经营和改革发展过程中,从而达到促进企业与员工两者和谐发展的最高境界。

Abstract:the people- oriented, implementing human management and focusing on humane care and psychological persuasion is the concrete embodiment of the spirit of adhering to people- oriented, establishing the concept of a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable devdopment, and promoting economic, social and human all- round development ", proposed in the third session of 16th CCP. In the process of building a harmonious enterprise, the department of overseas construction project must practice the fundamental requirement of "people- oriented" and put it into the production, operation, and reform development process of enterprises, so as to achieve the promotion of harmonious development between enterprise and its employees the best way.
