邓小平对民主集中制理论与实践的贡献

在各个时期尤其是党的十一届三中全会以来,以邓小平为核心的党的第二代领导集体对在改革开放条件下如何加强和完善民主集中制建设进行了新思考,做出了新贡献。突出体现在四个方面:一是在民主集中制极端重要性的认识上达到了新境界;二是在民主集中制内涵的界定上有了新突破;三是提出了加强民主集中制,维护中央权威的新思想;四是在民主集中制制度建设上开辟了新道路。

Deng Xiaoping''''s Contribution to the Theory and Practice of the Democratic Centralism

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC, the second generation of leading collective of the Party taking Deng Xiaoping as the core have made some exploration to further strengthen and perfect the democratic centralism construction in reform and opening-up terms. In four aspects it reflects : first , reaching a new realm in the understanding of the extreme importance of the democratic centralism; second , having a new break-through in the definition of the intension of the democratic centralism; third , proposing a new thought to strengthen the democratic centralism and safeguard the central authoritative; fourth, opening up a new road on the institutional improvement of the democratic centralism.
