Abstract: | Disseminated granulomatosis is a well-documented complication of intravenous narcotism. We present here an interesting case in which this complication was caused by a right-to-left shunt (following intravenous injection of medicinal tablets intended for oral use) through a patent foramen ovale resulting from pulmonary hypertension due to angiothrombosis. |
