| 摘 要： | 高等院校学生的伤害事故引发的法律问题有其独有的特性.关于高校学生伤害事故的类型及责任性质认定,目前还存在一定缺漏和争议.伤害事故中主体的确定,对责任的确定和承担则重要而必需.借鉴国外对学生伤害事故的法律规定,对健全我国法律救济体系,具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | The law problem that caused by high etc.college student's injury trouble contain its single characteristic.About the type and the responsibility properties of the student hurts there still have leak and dispute.Assurance of corpus and responsibility in the hurt trouble is important.Draw lessons from the abroad to hurt the law provision of the trouble to the student,to sound our country' law relief system,have important realistic meaning. |
