| 摘 要： | 法学教育为国家法制建设提供人才支撑服务,人才教育的质量关系到国家法制建设和实现依法治国基本方略的成败。随着法学教育的发展,对法学人才的要求在质和量方面均有大幅提高。我们必须对原有的法学教育认真反思,尤其是对法学本科人才培养的弊端进行思考,以深化教育改革,提高法学本科人才的教育质量。

| Abstract: | Legal education is to produce talent for the building of legal system of our country;therefore its quality is closely related to the success of legal system and Rule-of-Law strategy.With the development of legal education,there is a great increase in requirement for the number and quality of law talent.We should reflect on the present educational situation seriously,especially the defects in legal education for undergraduates so as to further reform it and improve our education quality. |
