创新党的基层教育培训体制 夯实党在农村的执政基础——关于推进县乡党校教学和管理体制改革的思考

县乡党校是县乡党委直接领导下的一个部门,是培训、轮训基层党员干部的主渠道、主阵地。但如何适应新形势的需要,更好地发挥县乡党校的作用,仍是我们在建设新农村、构建社会主义和谐社会过程中必须解决的重大课题。2006年6月以来,广西在10个县（市）开展了县乡党校教学和管理体制改革的试点工作,为探索新形势下县乡党校的办学新路子提供了有益的启示。

Improving the Education System of Grass Roots to Solidify the CPC''''s Governing Foundation in Rural Area——on pushing forward the reform of education system in the Party''''s School of grass roots

The CPC's party school of grass roots,a unit directly under the leadership of the CPC's committee at grass level,is a main field for training and educating the party members and carders at basic level.However,it remains an unsolved important topic that how should the party school at basic level fit into new situation and put itself into full play in the process of building new socialist countryside.Since June of 2006,an experimental reform on education and management has been conducted in ten counties and cities of Guangxi,which has offered useful enlightenment for the study of new way of education in the party school of basic level under new situation.
