| 摘 要： | 作为俄罗斯规模最大、最具实力的组织之一,俄罗斯青年联盟审时度势,转变工作模式和理念,以项目引领青年工作,吸引和服务青年。针对不断变化发展的社会现实,围绕青年人的兴趣和需求,积极开发和运作新项目,积极利用各种资源,推动青年工作持续发展。这对我国的共青团和青年工作具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The Russian Youth Union,one of the largest and the most powerful organizations in Russia,made a correct assessment of the situation and reformed their working mode and concept so as to guide,attract and serve the young by project.According to the constantly changing social reality,the Youth Union were active in developing and running new projects,for the interests and needs of the young,and makes good use of all kinds of resources to push forward the continuing development of the youth work.It is a significant reference for us Communist Youth League and the youth work in China. |
