论台湾暴力犯罪对大陆的渗透与影响

台湾暴力犯罪是当前影响海峡两岸社会治安的主要因素之一。台湾暴力犯罪泛滥的原因是多方面的 ,其日益向大陆渗透 ,在大陆活动的主要特点是 :犯罪分子多渠道入境 ;以合法形式落脚 ,并积极寻找“保护伞” ;犯罪目标的经济性 ;犯罪组织的帮派性与犯罪手段的残暴性 ;内外勾结进行犯罪活动 ,危害严重。对此 ,各地警方要高度重视 ,在实践中因地制宜地探索打击涉台暴力犯罪的具体策略。同时加强两岸协作 ,共同打击暴力罪犯。

On Penetration and Influence of Taiwan's Violent Crimes to the Mainland

Taiwan's violent crimes have become one of the major factors influencing current social public security of Taiwan and the Mainland. The causes of their running rampant are all-sided. They penetrate gradually into the Mainland with the following characteristics: 1.the criminals enter the Mainland through multi-ways, stay legally and look for"Protective Umbrella" with all efforts; 2.the economic nature of criminal goal; 3.factional nature of the criminal organizations and savageness of their criminal means; 4.to carry on criminal activities by colluding with inner and outer forces, and bring severe damage to society. Therefore, police throughout the Mainland should pay high attention to these, inquire concrete countermeasures to attack violent crimes concerning with Taiwan in practice accordingly. Meanwhile, the co-operation between"Both Coasts" should be strengthened in order to attack violent criminals together.
