| 摘 要： | 青年权益关系到青年健康成长、社会安定、经济发展和社会的发展进步 ,维护青年权益成为青年事务的一个重要内容。代表和维护青年权益既是党和政府赋予共青团组织的职责 ,也是共青团组织的本质要求 ,是共青团组织的活力之源、力量之源。因此 ,共青团组织必须切实代表和维护青年的权益。

| Abstract: | The youth's rights relate significantly to many important aspects such as youth's growing up healthily, social stability, development of economy and social progress. Safeguarding the youth's rights and interests becomes an important content of youth affairs. Representing and safeguarding the youth's rights and interests is the Communist Youth League's duty given by our government and party as well as the essential requirement to the League. To Communist youth League, it is also the source of energy and that of strength. So the organization of the Communist Youth League must really represent and safeguard the youth's right's and interests. |
