论侦查科学化中的技术风险

随着侦查科学化口号的提出，越来越多先进的技术手段被用于侦查破案之中，然而技术的运用是有风险的，这种风险会在侦查中的发现信息、固定信息以及证据化的每个阶段都有所体现，技术本身内在的不确定性以及技术外在的社会建构是这些风险出现的原因，因此只有对症下药才能够有效减少风险出现的几率，控制风险导致的后果。

On the Theroy of Technical Risk in Criminal Investigative Scientism

Since criminal investigative scientism was presented, more and more technologies are being used in criminal investigation, but there is a risk in using these technology which will be reflected in the phase of information-seeking, information storage and information legitimation. Both the internal uncertainly and external social environment of the technology are the reasons of the technical risk. So the risk must be treated in a homologous way so that the probability of the risk can be decreased and the result of the risk can be controlled.
