略论现阶段人民内部矛盾——兼析毛泽东《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》的现实意义

随着改革开放的逐步深化，国内各种矛盾大量涌现，能否严格区分两类不同性质的矛盾，正确处理人民内部矛盾，依然是当前我国政治生活的主题，直接影响着全面建设小康、构建和谐社会的历史进程。尽管人民内部矛盾具有客观普遍性、利益尖锐性和长期复杂性，但现阶段仍是非对抗性的，只有大力发展生产力，不断满足人民日益增长的物质文化需求，不断打牢物质基础，协调矛盾冲突，并切实注重教育疏导，依法处理问题，才能从根本上舒缓人民内部矛盾，进而切实维护社会的安定、稳定。

This paper holds that, with the gradual deepening of reform and opening to the outside world, all kinds of contradictions emerge in large numbers. Distinguishing the two contradictions of different nature strictly and handling the contradictions among the people correctly remain the themes of our social and political life, and this has a direct influence on the historic course of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is of positive meaning for maintaining social and political stability and economic development to clarify the non-antagonism of contradictions among the people and their essential features of emergence and development, and examine the transformation of contradictions among the people on the basis of actual investigation and qualitative analysis.
