On the Art of Being Resourceful and Decisive for Modern Leaders

It is an essential quality and skill of modern leaders to be resourceful and decisive. In order to be resourceful, modem leaders must accumulate knowledge instead of being superficial; be realistic instead of pretending to have masterstroke; be creative instead of sticking to tradition; grasp general orientation instead of being very punctilious; learn from others instead of being self-opinionated. In order to be decisive, modern leaders must give final verdict only when there are many choices; weigh the advantages and disadvantages of the plans; make decisions after everything is clear;watch out for the superficial unanimity,resolutely make decisions when the time comes right.
