关注社会弱势群体--法学视角的几点思考

弱势群体的权益问题在现今我国日益突出起来."弱势群体"是一个相对性的概念,相对于"强势群体".研究和解决弱势群体的问题,不能回避研究和解决强势群体的问题,不能回避造成这种问题的社会根源,包括某些阶级性根源.弱势群体不只是经济贫困者,更是权利和权力的贫乏者.治本的方略不应只限于给予弱势群体以短期的社会救济,更重要的是保障他们能真正享有和行使应有的权利和权力.
