| 摘 要： | 当今世界,腐败已成为各国所面临的最大难题之一,如何有力治理和有效防范腐败的发生已成为各国政府的一项重要任务。各国都殚精竭虑,想方设法制止和预防腐败,反腐败措施的种类和形式呈现出多样化。纵观各国主要反腐败措施,制定专门反腐败法已成为大多数国家的共识和选择,许多国家除了在自己国家的刑法、行政法和其他法律法规中规定有关惩治和预防腐败的内容外,还制定了独立的专门反腐败单行法律法规。这些专门反腐败法将反腐败的制度、措施进一步细化,而且适用起来更加方便、灵活,在各国的反腐败斗争中发挥了非常重要的作用。文章旨在对新加坡、韩国、美国和英国的专门反腐败法作比较研究,为我国反腐败法的制定和完善提供一些借鉴。

| Abstract: | It is an important issue to every country how to deal with and prevent corruption effectively,which has become one of the most difficult problem in the world.Every government has its own way to prevent corruption but most of them make special laws to strike against corruption.All these laws play an important role in anti-corruption campaign.The authors make comparison of anti-corruption law in Singapore,Korea,America and u.k.in order to give some suggestions to our country. |
