中国的现代政治学,应当以发展着的马克思主义为指导,根据中国的历史条件和民族传统、人民利益和社会发展的需要,总结当代中国政治发展的新经验,继承和革新中国政治发展的历史遗产,吸取借鉴现代政治学说的科学成果,阐明中国社会主义民主政治发展、政治文明建设和政治体制改革的特点、规律和道路。
