| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种有机结合了生态学与经济学的经济发展模式,发展循环经济是推进生态文明建设的必然选择.对于企业在循环经济活动中遇到的障碍,经济法作为国家调节社会经济之法,应当进行相应的调节和解决,为生态文明建设发挥应有的支持和推动作用.
