| 摘 要： | 目前我国国有企业改革正处于攻坚阶段,对改革的速度、力度、深度和协调度均提出了更高的要求。搞好这一阶段的改革,尤其要处理好以下五个方面的关系,即国有企业改革的近期目标与长期目标的关系;垄断行业与竞争行业国有企业改革的关系;国有大企业与中小企业改革的关系;国有企业改革与外部环境建设的关系;国有企业改革与民营企业发展的关系。
