论卧底警察的保护与规制

With the organized crime becoming more and more rampant day by day,people have paid close attention to the investigatory tactic of using underground police.However,comparing with western countries, our country has great lags on legislation and institutional construction.Thus it's necessary for scholars to give correct appraisal,regulate and protect the phenomenon of underground police that have been used extensively.Only in this way can it accords with the practical demands of criminal investigations nowadays.
