| 摘 要： | 当前反腐败斗争未见显著成效的直接原因主要有三个:一是不少领导干部在反腐败斗争中没有真正尽到责任;二是体制问题没有从根本上得到解决;三是人民群众的作用没有充分发挥。

| Abstract: | Why the current anti - corruption struggles don't achieve the remarkable effects and results? The direct reasons have three as listed below, they are: The first is that quite a number of leading cadres don t fulfill their duties at work during the anti - corruption struggles truly, the second is that the systematic problems have not been solved by the root, the third is that the masses don' t bring their functions into full play during the anti - corruption struggles. |
