风险社会与小康社会刍议

当今世界,现代性把我们带入到了全新而纷乱的情境之中,其自身不自觉地附带产生了大量的副产品,它们作为现代性引致的后果具有高度的危险性,严重威胁着人类的安全。我们正在际遇着风险社会的到来。它从政治、经济、文化和社会诸方面对我国夺取全面建设小康社会伟大目标新胜利提出了警示。我们必须坚持以科学发展观为重要指导方针和重大战略思想,正视风险的客观存在,构建应对风险的各种机制,改写风险,才能最终迈进全面小康。

Risk Society and Well-off Society

Currently,we were brought by modernity to a bran-new and troublous situation,upon which large number of by-product were engendered in an uncontrolled and subsidiary way.As consequences of modernity,they have serious risks and threat the safety of human-being.Along with the risk society,China was warned in politics,economy,culture and society to the striving for new victories of all-round well-off society building.We should take scientific development outlook as an important guiding principle and strategy,face up to the objective existence of risks,set up various counter-risks mechanism,and rewrite risks forward until the final round well-off.
