| 摘 要： | 作为一种善治方略,和谐社会的构建和保障必须依赖包括法律制度、道德规范和信仰规范组成的制度体系,而且这些制度必须符合民主法治、公平正义、以人为本、维护人与自然和谐等精神。本文对于和谐社会的制度背景:正式制度的法律制度和非正式制度的道德规范和信仰规范及它们的完善进行了系统阐述。

| Abstract: | This paper offers that,as a skilled strategy of rule of country,the building and guarding Of a harmonious society in china should depend the institution system,which includes law system,morality and beliefs.And the institution system should be guided by the followed ideas:democracy and rule of law,justice,the people first,the harmony between human being and nature.The institutional background of a harmonious society,including the official institution and non-official institution,and how to improve them,is stated in the paper. |
