| 摘 要： | 建设和谐警营,对构建社会主义和谐社会,促进公安事业,推进队伍正规化建设,具有十分重要的意义。建设和谐警营,须加强民警思想道德素质教育、提高领导干部的管理艺术、改善警民关系,优化外部环境、规范强化内部管理、加强引导,丰富和谐警营的文化内涵,以和谐警营理念开展队伍正规化建设。
