摘    要:公务员和事业单位工作人员年度考核应注重客观标准评价和平时考核分数的积累,根据被考核者的工作性质、工作特点等确定不同的评价主体及权重,按照考核计分标准和考核等次分数线确定考核结果。

Abstract:The standardized objective assessment and the accumulation of the monthly or quarterly assessment results should be emphasized when governments' civil servants and the working staff of the government-sponsored institutions are annually assessed on their performance.The principle of objectiveness and justness of the annual performance assessment can be applied through the definition of different subjects of the assessment and their respective weights on the basis of the natures and characteristics of different posts of those who are assessed,and the definition of assessment results on the basis of assessment scoring standards and the assessment criterions,etc.
