| 摘 要： | 中缅世代友好邦交,在新世纪,两国人民相互沟通、相互理解、相互合作、相互支援,围绕和平与发展这个主题,在各个领域取得了可喜的成果。缅甸的发案率较低,治安秩序良好,其警务运作模式顺畅,警务理念较先进,对我国的警务运作模式有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | China and Burma enjoy a wonderful diplomatic relationship for generations.In the new century,people of the two countries have made gratifying achievements with mutual communications,understanding,cooperation and support,focusing on peace and development.The crime rate in Burma is rather low and public security order is fairly good.Its smooth operation patterns of police affairs and advanced management concepts of police affairs are of reference significance to our country's operation models of police affairs. |
