| 摘 要： | 瑞典实行中央集权与地方自治相结合的警察管理体制,警察机关对司法部负责,国家警察委员会是警察系统的中央行政管理机构。瑞典十分重视警察职业教育训练,瑞典警察教育和培训工作主要由瑞典国家警察学院、于默奥大学和韦克舍大学承担。

| Abstract: | Sweden carried out both centralized and local police administration system.The Ministry of Justice is in charge of the police authorities.The National Police Board（NPB） is the headquarters of the Swedish police system.Sweden attaches great importance to police vocational education and training.The police education and training in Sweden is primarily undertaken by the National Police Academy,Ume University and Vxj University. |
