见义不为现象的成因与矫治--兼论公德沦丧与犯罪的相关逻辑

On Formative Causes of Omission of Justice and Its Remedies--Also on the Logic between Social Morality Lack and Crime

Social morality is the fundamental and original mark of the ideological moral of a society and it maintains the normal state of social moral life and the good development of social order. The occurrence of omission of justice indicates the serious breakdown in the system of social morality. It mainly lies in that the transition of economic system causes the plurality of moral concepts so that people lack the agreeable moral, in that the moral control becomes so weak that people go their own ways, in that the concerned regulations and rules are not so perfect that people's motive to do good decreases. The omission of justice need be corrected on the basis of the rule of law and more powerful moral control. Meanwhile, the ideological education should be emphasized to re - establish the socialist system of justice and to put the moral of justice into people's minds so as to maintain the social stability and unity and escort the socialist economic construction.
