| 摘 要： | 公司法是国家为了实现对公司的宏观调控而制定的 ,调整公司在设立、变更和终止以及其他对内对外活动中所发生的社会关系的法律规范的总称。结合公司法的调整对象、范围来研究现代企业制度 ,有助于推动现代企业制度的建立和规范。

| Abstract: | Company law is made by the country for the macro-control over corporations,regulates the social relations of the incorporation,the change,the termination as well as other internal and external activities of the company.Taking the object,scope of the company law into consideration when studying modern enterprise system will be helpful to the construction and standardization of modern enterprise system. |
