| 摘 要： | 法律与道德同是规范人们日常社会生活行为的基本准则。法律与道德相辅相成,相互包含,相互渗透。法律具有一定的道德教育功能,道德教化需要以法律的形式来强化。在社会主义荣辱观教育中,可以将社会主义荣辱观内容融入法律规范,对“耻辱”行为加大法律的惩罚力度,从而收到更好的教育效果。 |

| Abstract: | Law and morality are the basic rules to standardize people's daily activities.They complement,include and infiltrate each other.Law has the function of moral education,and the strengthening of morality needs the strengthening of law.In socialist Honors and Disgraces education,we can integrate it into legal rules,enlarge punishment to those disgraceful activities in order to have better education result. |
