| Abstract: | The socialist market economy is an equal economy, which is based on the principle that anyone is equal under law. This principle should be not only the equality applied to anyone who commits a crime, but also the guiding idea of criminal legislation. We should perfect criminal legislation under the guiding of the principle of equality. |
