| 摘 要： | 弱式意义上的平等对待是相对于强式意义上的平等对待而言的,它主要是指有差别的平等对待即同样的情况同样对待,不同的情况不同对待,既意味着平等性,也意味着差异性。随着社会结构的变化,强式平等对待模式所依据的社会现实基础日益发生了动摇,而弱式平等对待日益受到关注,特别是因社会的发展而产生的社会群体的分化,使弱式平等对待有了其现实基础。但是弱式平等对待无论是在实践上还是理论上都面临着难以回避的挑战和困境。
