| 摘 要： | 非传统自杀恐怖袭击是指使用生化、放射性等物质所实施的一种自杀恐怖袭击。恐怖分子使用非传统自杀恐怖袭击 ,大多是基于一种所谓的威慑与心理战的考虑。未来一段时间恐怖分子采取大规模非传统自杀袭击的可能性不是很大 ,但警方未雨绸缪是必要的。

| Abstract: | Non-traditional terrorism attacks refer to those terrorism attacks by using biochemical and radiating materials to commit suicide. Why the terrorists conduct non-traditional terrorism attacks mostly is due to one kind of so-called threatening and psychological factor. Though the possibility of implementing large-scaled non-traditional terrorism attacks by committing suicide is not very high, the police should still pay much attention to prevent them. |
