| 摘 要： | 通过对黄梅戏电影《天仙配》唱腔设计著作权侵权纠纷案的评析,论证了戏曲唱腔设计的著作权保护问题,以及电影作品著作权行使的特殊规则。建议通过司法解释的方式妥善处理跨越计划经济和市场经济时代的戏曲演员在戏曲电影出版发行中的经济利益问题,并建议修改《著作权法》来明确电影演员的权利保护问题。
