An Analysis of Value Construction and Reasonableness of Constitutionalism

The reasonableness of consititutionalism relies not only on its regulation on power, but also on its inner value such as justice, freedom and democracy. In its value system, justice is absolute and comprehensive, forming the kernel value as well as the reasonable basis of consititutionalism; democracy and freedom come from justice as well as should be restricted by it , becoming the basic value elements and the proof of constitutionalism.
