| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义经济建设对于高技能型人才的迫切需求,高职院校呈现出快速增长的势头。文中从高成长企业的成功经验出发,从企业管理的视角对我国高职院校目前普遍存在的一些问题作了详细的分析和探讨,对我国高职院校如何在快速发展中保持竞争力提出了有针对性的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Along with the urgently requirement of talents with high tech abilities in socialisticeconomic construction of China,there is high speed development trend of colleges.Based on the successful experiences of high growing enterprises,this thesis not only analysis some problems existed generally in colleges fi'om the visual angle of enterprise management but also brings forward the resolutions which help colleges to keep the competitive power in high speed development. |
