| 摘 要： | 警察违法犯罪行为主体上的特殊性,决定了它具有极大的社会危害性。警察违法犯罪既有警察人格因素导致的内在风险,也有制度因素、社会因素、工作因素、婚姻家庭等造成的外在风险。建立一套风险评估指标体系,运用专家绝对评分法的风险评估方法,结合警察违法犯罪风险的单项指标、风险水平折线图和警察违法犯罪风险四分图等,对警察违法犯罪风险进行评估。
