| 摘 要： | 广州市自2002年实行社区警务以来,取得了一定的工作成效,但由于社区警务运行的时间不长,许多方面发展尚不成熟,在社区警力资源、社区民警整体战斗力等存在一些亟需解决的问题。解决问题的办法应在优化警力配置上做好文章,从科学使用警力资源、提高队伍整体战斗力上寻找出路。
