| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,劳动关系呈现出多元化的发展格局,而我国现行劳动法对劳动关系范围的厘定过于狭窄,致使许多新型劳动关系无法获得劳动法的全面保护,极大地制约了劳动力市场健康有序的发展,应对其法律调整作出理性化的扩张。

| Abstract: | As the development of social economy,labor relationship tends to be multidimensional.However,the current labor law defines the labor relationship so narrowly that many new types of labor relationship can not be fully protected by it,which constraints the healthy and orderly development of labor market.Therefore,a rational expansion to its governing scope is necessary. |
