| 摘 要： | 新闻策划严格地说是新闻报道策划,是新闻采编的重要组成部分,也是一项意义重大的新闻实践活动.新闻策划必须要有准确定位,必须优化选择,讲究技巧与策略,目的是为了解决新闻采访中主客观矛盾,达到最佳的新闻报道效果.同时,新闻策划者必须具备良好的政策修养、理论修养、新闻修养和深谋远虑的能力.新闻策划定位准确,才能得到事半功倍的效果.

| Abstract: | The news is to be strict planned by news report, it is the important component of news gathering and editing, and it is a great significant news practice too. The news must make a reservation accurately while planning, must optimize and choose, and pay attention to the skill and tactics, whose purpose is to reach the best news report result for solving the subjective and objective contradiction in the news gathering. Meanwhile, the news sponsor must possess the good policy training, theory training, news training and ability to think deeply and plan carefully. The news is planned to be oriented accurately, and we can get the result of getting twice the result with half the effort. |
