| Abstract: | Discussing the methods of case analysis is important to the communication of theories and practices, and to the guarantee of judicial justice. The basic method of case analysis is the analysis method of legal relations and analysis method of claim basis. The two are not substitutive but independent of each other. At the same time, they overlap, so neither of them can be neglected. |
