| Abstract: | The subject and range of the relationship in administrative entrusting are studied. The essential legal characteristics of administrative entrusting is re-examined. The author analyzes the efforts due to being entrusted and the complicate responsibilities under the mutual influence of the administrative entrusting which violates the law or agreement. |
