Simon Chair of Political Economy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington (DC) and is also Dean Rusk Professor of International Affairs at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, the University of Texas at Austin, where he is also Director of the US-Mexico Policies Center. A prolific writer, he is author of, among other publications, NAFTA: WHAT COMES NEXT? (CSIS, 1994) and editor of FREE TRADE IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE (Annals of the American Academy of Political and Social Science, 1993). |
