| Abstract: | There exist defects in the police and the procurator relationship in Chinese Criminal Procedure.Scholars on criminal procedure law bring up various schemes for reforming the police and the procurator relationship.This article analyses the schemes and draw out the conclusion that it is necessary to design a mode of the police and the procurator relationship that the police and the procurator co-operate with each other. |
