文化产业是“21世纪最有前途的产业”、“新的经济增长点”.党的十七届六中全会要求推动文化产业跨越式发展,坚持把社会效益放在首位、社会效益和经济效益相统一.近年来,我国文化产业获得快速发展,但仍处于起步阶段.在当前和今后一个时期,文化产业要实现跨越式发展,需要努力构建完善的诚信体系,这是文化产业健康可持续发展的基石.诚信是道德建设的基础,是实现文化产业健康发展的前提,是维护社会秩序的润滑剂,是实现经济社会健康发展的基础.

Credibility is the Cornerstone to Better Promote the Cultural Industry

Cultural industry is considered to be "the most promising industry in the 21st century" or "a new economic growth point". The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee called on a leap-forward growth in the cultural industry. Social effect should be put in the first place and economic interests should be stressed as well. In recent years, China’s cultural industry has obtained rapid development, though it is still in its infancy. In the future, to win a leapfrog development, a sound credit system needs to be built, which is a cornerstone for a healthy and sustainable growth for the cultural industry. Credibility is the foundation for building moral integrity, the prerequisite to realize the healthy development of cultural industry, the lubricant to maintain the social order, and the basis to achieve healthy social and economic progress.
