| 摘 要： | 在当今经济全球化的趋势中,跨国公司冲击着现有的世界经济格局,对我国的经济生活也产生了越来越显著的影响。在客观分析跨国公司在世界经济中的支柱地位,特别是在华跨国公司的现状和作用,比较我国企业与跨国公司的差距和优势的基础上,本文提出我们应对跨国公司挑战的对策———组建中国自己的跨国公司。

| Abstract: | In the trend of economic globalization nowday,transnational corporations are pounding at the structure of the world economy and they have greater and greater influences on ourcountry's economy.Based on ananlyses the pillar position of transnational corporations in the world economy objectively,especially the pre-sent and functiions of transntional corporation in China,and comparing the distance and advantage between the enterprises of our country and transnational corporations,this essay put forward the countermeasures,that is to build Chinese own transnational corporations. |
