| 摘 要： | 引 言 企业多元化经营是一个在理论界颇具争议的话题,也是企业在发展到一定规模的时候无法回避的一个发展战略的选择问题.在国外,以美国为代表的西方发达国家的学者分别以各自国内的公司为样本,其研究成果不相一致,以持反面意见较多,即多元化经营会降低公司绩效.存在多元化折价.

| Abstract: | The thesis chooses 98 private controlled listed corporate as samples which are clarified into four types:single-product economy,product-led economy,type of related diversification and type of non-related diversification. The effect of diversification is measured by herfindahl-hirschman index and ROA,EPS and Tobin'sQ are chosen to reflect the performance of listed companies in various aspects with regression model in order to do research on the relations between diversification and performance. |
