高等学校党的建设作为党的基层组织建设的重要组成部分,改革开放以来得到了进一步加强,经受了各种困难和风险的考验,使党的教育方针政策得到了贯彻落实,高等教育事业也得到了新的发展.这一过程大致可分为三个阶段,党的十一届三中全会到十三届四中全会的恢复发展阶段,党的十三届四中全会到十六大的改革发展阶段,党的十六大至今的创新发展阶段.

The Historical Process and Basic Experiences in Party Building at China''s Institutions of Higher Learning Since the Reform and Opening-up

Party building at China's Institutions of Higher Learning,as an important part of the Party's organization building at the grass-roots level,has been further strengthened since the reform and opening-up.It has gone through various risks and difficulties so that the Party's education policies have been carried out and the cause of higher education has gained a new development.This process can be divided into three stages,the resumption stage from the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee to the 4th Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee,the stage of reform and development from the Party's 4th Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee to the 16th CPC National Congress,and the innovative development stage since the 16th CPC National Congress.
