| Abstract: | The law of administrative procedure has been one of the focuses of our administrative theory and practice.It is the sum of the law and regulation which regulate administrative procedure and the behavior procedure of the administrative opposite party.Its main function is to regulate,restrict,supervise and propel the reasonable use of administrative rights, ensure legal rights and interests of the administrative opposite party, regulate the respective procedure of the administrative opposite party, promote the efficiency of administration. |
