| Abstract: | The reform of the administration examination and approval comes from inner adjustment of the system and outer coordination.Under the marketiation,scientification and ruling by law of the reform and accept combination of two aspects,we should try to realize the reformed market turns,scientific turn with rule of law,the challenge of joining WTO completely. |
