| 摘 要： | 检察学是以检察制度和检察活动及其规律为研究对象的一门新兴的综合性法学学科.检察学体系应当以检察制度为逻辑起点,以检察权为核心范畴,以检察理论为基础支撵,以检察制度、检察活动及其规律性研究为体系范围,用发展、开放的思维和方法来构建.
